Suspect Description: White male adult, 19-21 years of age, wearing a dark jacket, dark jeans and a baseball hat.
Weapon: Folding knife (pocket knife)
Involved Party: White female adult, 19-20 years of age, dirty blonde hair, wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt.
On 10-14-12 approximately 10:03 PM, officers responded to San Leandro Hospital regarding a male that had a stab wound to his arm. Officers contacted the victim who advised that he had been stabbed by the suspect (listed above) after he had tried to intervene during an argument between the suspect and an unidentified female. The victim, a 25 year old San Leandro resident, sustained a small laceration to his upper left arm. The victim stated the assault occurred in the 1000 block of E14th St. Officers searched the area for the suspect and the involved female but met with negative results. The victim advised that the suspect ran south bound E14th St, after stabbing him. The female’s direction of flight was unknown.
The victim was treated and released.
Lt. Tudor said, “We are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect and the female he was arguing with before the stabbing occurred”.
