On October 5, 2012 at approximately 10:45pm, Hercules Police Officers were dispatched to 124 Ash Ct. The Reporting party said they found their neighbor unconscious, inside her home at 124 Ash Ct.

Officers arrived at 10:49pm and contacted the Reporting Parties, who are neighbors of the victim. The neighbors said they received a call from the husband of the victim, and he asked then to check on his wife. She was supposed to pick him up at the Oakland airport, and had not arrived. The neighbors went to the victim’s residence and found her lying on the floor, in the front of the house. The victim was not responsive and the neighbors saw, what they believed to be, blood.

Officers entered the house and found an Asian Female, in her 50’s, laying in the front entryway. The victim appeared to be deceased and that was confirmed by Paramedics from the Rodeo- Hercules Fire Department.

Officer cleared the house for any additional victims and/or suspects, and there were none. It was determined that the family vehicle was missing from the garage. It is described as a 2011 Subaru Outback, sky blue in color, with an Idaho license plate of 1A1F680.
