Hockley County Sheriff’s Investigators recovered multiple items of stolen property related to two recent home burglaries. The suspect, identified as Lauro Edmundo Garcia of Levelland, is currently in custody in the Hockley County Jail for a warrant for Burglary of Habitation and has a bond amount of $10,000.

Between 9/2/12 and 9/5/12, victims met with deputies and filed the reports. By 9/7/12, all items that were reported stolen were recovered by investigators. Multiple charges are pending related to the offenses, which include Burglary of Habitation and Theft of Property.
