Ex Springs Police experiencing phone service outage for admin and non-emergency phone lines. 911 is unaffected. 
A phone circuit outage has caused non-emergency and administrative lines to be out of service. If you are calling our non-emergency number, 816-630-2000, you will get a busy signal. We are working with AT&T to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
9-1-1 lines are not affected by this outage and still continue to ring in to our local 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) as normal.
