Bank Robbery

Dearborn, Mi. —The Dearborn Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Yourmin “Jay” Mincey, B/M/37, who is currently wanted on two Federal arrest warrants, for a bank robbery that occurred in Dearborn on June 15, 2012 at the bank of America. Mincey is also wanted for the robbery of a Citizens Bank branch in Jackson, Michigan on June 26, 2012. Mincey was last seen with Lena Ann Fife, W/F/22, driving a newer model white full size conversion van. Authorities have reason to believe that Fife may be in danger. Mincey has also spent time in Las Vegas.

Yourmin Mincey goes by the name of “Jay”. He is 37 years old, 5’11 160 lbs. He has a dark birthmark or scar beneath his right eye.

Lena Ann Fife is 22 years old. She is 5’4 120 lbs.

Chief Haddad stated that we are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mincey to prevent any further victimization of the public and to ensure that this dangerous individual is brought to justice without any further escalation of violence.
