MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT 
The Absecon Police Department is investigating a two car motor vehicle collision on S. Shore Road at the White Horse Pike. Police units were dispatched at 4:57pm on Wednesday, August 22, 2012.
A 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor, driven by a 37 year old female from Atlantic City, was turning southbound onto S. Shore Road from the Sun Petro gas station when it struck a 1993 Lincoln Towncar, driven by a 41 year old male from Mays Landing who was traveling northbound on S. Shore Rd. The two occupants of the Lincoln were transported by the Absecon Ambulance Squad to AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center- Mainland Campus for treatment. There were no reported injuries to the occupants of the Mitsubishi. Traffic was diverted from S. Shore Rd. for approximately thirty minutes.
