-1310 Avenue H (LEC): Burglary of Vehicle, Credit Card Abuse. Investigators met with a complainant regarding a vehicle burglary that occurred outside of the city of Levelland. The victim also provided information related to multiple offenses of credit card abuse. A report was completed and the investigation is ongoing.

-100 blk Cleveland, Smyer: Disturbance. Deputies were dispatched to the area regarding a dispute between several local residents. No offenses were reported and parties were separated.

-800 blk South Alamo, Levelland: Emergency Detention. Deputies transported a subject to Lubbock to be admitted for evaluation after an order was issued by the court.

-3600 blk Angle Iron Rd: Theft of Property. A deputy met with complainants regarding a theft that occurred earlier in the afternoon. The complainants later recovered their property.

-East Hwy 114 at North Barton Ln, Opdyke: Theft. Deputies were dispatched to an area business in reference to a theft of property. A deputy contacted a male subject in the business and following an investigation into the complaint the subject was placed under arrest for a misdemeanor offense of Theft of Property. He was transported to the Hockley County Jail and released into the custody of jail personnel to be booked on the charge.

Deputies served civil process, conducted close patrols at area businesses and residences, traffic enforcement and criminal interdiction activities.
