Police Case #12-2941
A resident on Kathleen Drive reported that a fraudulent vehicle abatement warning letter was placed on the door to his residence. The letter contained the City of Pleasant Hill's insignia and was falsely presented as coming from Pleasant Hill's Code Enforcement Division. It is believed that the suspect posted the letter in hopes that the vehicle's owner would sell the vehicle at a reduced price.
