INVESTIGATING DETECTIVE(S): Detective Sergeant Henderson
SUSPECT(S): Suspect #1- Black male, early 20’s, dark complexion, 5’4”-5’6”, tall wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark clothing. He was armed with a handgun.
DETAILS:
On 07/24/12, approximately 8 pm, there was an armed robbery that occurred at Wells Fargo bank, located at 1899 Marina Blvd.
The 25 year old female victim was using the ATM machine after business hours. The suspect described approached the victim from behind and pointed a gun at her. The suspect demanded she give him money and she cooperated. The suspect fled heading towards Marina Blvd.
Lt. Brandt said, “This is the third robbery within two weeks around ATM machines. If anyone witnesses suspicious activity please report the incident immediately. You should always attempt to be aware of your surroundings and try to travel in pairs.”
This is an ongoing investigation and there are Detectives assigned to the case.
