-Deputies took custody of two horses from a residence in the 3200 blk North FM 303, Petit, due to multiple health and safety concerns after obtaining an order from the Hockley County Attorney’s office. A court hearing related to the seizure is pending.

-900 blk 13th Street, Levelland: Warrant Service. A deputy contacted a female subject in the area. She was later placed under arrest for a misdemeanor warrant and transported to the Hockley County Jail.

-100 blk North Denver, Levelland: Assist Levelland PD with a reported fight in the area.

-6800 blk Parrot Rd, Ropesville: Alarm.

-1700 blk Lovebird, Smyer: Suspicious Activity.

-FM 1585 at FM 1780: Suspicious Activity.

-2000 blk Avenue S: Illegal Dumping. A deputy was notified of an individual dumping trash in the area. A vehicle description wna license plate number were provided and a report was completed related to the incident.

-300 blk Duke, Anton: Assist Anton PD with a reported disturbance in the area. Call was handled prior to arrival of deputies.

-Hwy 114 at FM 2646: Disabled Vehicle.

-Hwy 114 at Fm 168, Smyer: Traffic Hazard in roadway.

-Hwy 114 at FM 2378: Assist THP Trooper with pedestrian contact.

-500 blk Park, Sundown: Assist Sundown PD with a reported disturbance in the area.

-Hwy 114 at FM 168, Smyer: Motorist Assist.

-2100 blk Hummingbird Rd: Domestic Disturbance. Deputies responded to an argument between family members at a residence in the area. No offenses were reported.

-100 blk Wilson, Smyer: Suspicious Activity. A deputy was dispatched to the area in reference to a male subject taking property from a vacant lot. A vehicle description was provided by the caller. The deputy checked the area and did not locate the vehicle.

-2300 blk East Ellis: Loose Livestock.

-500 blk Edwards, Anton: Domestic Disturbance. Deputies responded to a residence in the area in reference to a domestic disturbance. One of the individuals involved fled the area prior to arrival of deputies. The caller did not want any criminal charges filed related to the incident.

-6400 blk FM 41, Ropesville: Suspicious Activity.

-FM 2378 at FM 1585: Assist Fire Department.

Deputies also conducted close patrols at area businesses and residences, served civil process, and conducted traffic enforcement and criminal interdiction activities.
