@ 9:27pm radar indicated a strong thunderstorm near Hepburn moving southeast at 25 mph. This storm may produce wind gusts up to 40 mph and heavy rain. Locations to be impacted are Richwood, Byhalia, Esses, Pharisburg and Magnetic Springs. Heavy Rains may cause ponding on the roadways and may quickly fill roadside ditches and small streams
