DEPUTIES SHUT DOWN MARIJUANA GROW OPERATION. 
(Oklahoma City) July 18, 2012 Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office deputies assisting Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents discovered a hydroponic marijuana grow operation at 6300 S. Indian Meridian in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Deputies were at the house to interview a couple about an unrelated missing children case out of Texas. While speaking with two people inside the house deputies received permission from the residents to search the house, and they found the marijuana grow operation.
Deputies found 16-plants, several ounces of processed marijuana, marijuana seeds, 2 rifles, and 1 automatic pistol. Deputies arrested Ronald James Rogers (d.o.b. 07/20/1969) on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a weapon while committing a felony, unlawfully cultivating a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of a firearm after a former conviction of a felony.
OCSO deputies also arrested Dayna Michelle Lake (d.o.b. 05/16/1964). Deputies discovered that Lake had outstanding warrants from unrelated cases for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, driving under the influence, no seat belt, driving with a suspended license, and failure to carry insurance verification.
