Units are responding to the Boadlands subdivision in reference to a door to door solicitor who is attempting to get paid in cash for orders of children's books stating that he can't take checks or credit cards. The individual is described as a black male in his mid-20s wearing a white shirt and khaki pants. There may be others involved.
