Due to the extremely dry conditions, Hamburg Township is banning open burning until further notice. Attended recreational fires in an approved fire pit, with proper extinguishing mechanisms, and in compliance of the Township Burn Ordinance (40E), will still be allowed for those citizens who wish to have a recreational fire. Eeveryone is advised to use extreme caution.
