A vehicle vs. motorcycle accident occurred at 180th Street and Western Avenue resulting in significant injuries. The Torrance Police Department Traffic Division is investigating the collision. All traffic lanes of Western Avenue have been closed between 182nd Street and 178th Street. The traffic lanes are expected to be closed for a signficant amount of time for the investigation to take place.
