The Annual St Philip Festival of Fun (Carnival) will be held from Wednesday, July 11 through Sunday, July 15th. Motorists should stay alert as there will be a marked increase in pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Emergency No Parking areas will be set up in the area of Saddle River Road and Pehle Ave in an effort to keep the roadways clear and open. Motorist should also be aware that there will be a police officer at times performing traffic and pedestrian crossings at SRR/Pehle.
