Full Notification

An Old Harvard Rd resident was approached by two men who told her that they had leftover asphalt from a previous job and could pave her driveway for a low price. She accepted and they performed work that was substandard and incomplete. They gave an original price of $7100.00, then asked her to go to the bank and withdraw $5000.00. Bank employee became suspicious and no money was exchanged. Subjects did not have a solicitor permit which is required by town by-law.
