Body found at Cliff Dr. & Paseo 
At about 7:15 a.m. yesterday, June 24, officers were dispatched to the area of Cliff Drive and Paseo where two joggers discovered a dead body. Police now have identified the body as 57-year-old Hazel Chinn, a black female from Kansas City, Mo. It was unclear how long Ms. Chinn had been there, and her cause of death has not yet been determined. However, detectives are investigating it as a homicide.
