Paterson PD & the NJSP requests your help in locating an 83 year old man who suffers from Dementia, High Blood Pressure, & Diabetes. 
The Paterson Police Department and the New Jersey State Police seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:
LUCIUS GARDNER, 83 years old (Black Male, 5'9", 155), was last seen at his residence on Trenton Ave, Paterson, NJ, on 6/3/12 at 12:30 a.m.
He was last seen wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
Mr. Gardner has a 3" burn scar on his left arm.
He suffers from Dementia, High Blood Pressure, & Diabetes.
He has walked away previously from his residence and was located in the areas of Broadway, Madison, the McDonald's on Madison, and the Lakeview Cemetary in Paterson.
