Tonight, June 4, from 9:00pm until midnight the U.S. Army will be conducting training that might result in Long Branch and area residents hearing loud explosions, gunfire and helicopters buzzing the area.
The Army has notified local and state police of the military training and asks that concerned citizens not call police reporting shots fired or explosions.
