Car Jacking in Rolando Park area

Synopsis:
A 23 year old female was delivering “Medicinal” marijuana in the Mid-City area. While she was stopped in her car, she was approached by two HMA’s. One approached from the driver’s side and the other from the passenger side, of her 1998 white Chevy Malibu (Ca, 6JAR 664). The suspect on the driver’s side grabbed the victim by the head and tried to pull her out of the car. At the same time, the suspect on the passenger side shot the victim several times with a pellet gun. The victim was struck in the face by at least one of the pellets. The suspect on the driver’s side was able to pull the victim out of the car. The victim ran away and the suspects drove away in her car. The victim refused treatment for the pellet injury to her face. The suspects were described as being 25-30 years old. Suspect #1 was 6’0, 250 lbs, wearing a black hoodie and shorts. Suspect #2 was wearing a brown hoodie and blue shorts. He also wore white knee high socks with slippers. Initially the victim told police she knew the suspects. She later told police she did not know the suspects. She also would not tell investigators how much marijuana was in the stolen car. Robbery is investigating.
