04/16/2012- 100 Block of Lakeview Dr-Identity Theft- The victim reports that an unknown subject used his social security number to complete a fraudulent tax return. The case has been turned over to the Internal Revenue Service for investigation.
04/17/2012- 300 Block of North Territorial Rd- Embezzlement- A subject working for the business was caught taking money from the cash register while working his shifts. The suspect was arrested and the case was turned over to the Washtenaw County Prosecutor for review.
04/18/2012- 6000 Block of Nollar Rd- Larceny- The caller reports that an unknown subject cut a hole in his boat cover entered the boat area and removed several items from inside the boat. The case is currently being investigated by the responding officer.
04/19/2012- 8000 Block of Lincoln- Identity Theft- The victim reports that her social security number was used to open a Comcast account. This was brought to her attention when she attempted to get Comcast for the first time. The case is being investigated by the responding officer.
04/20/2012- 1000 Block of North Territorial Rd- Larceny- The victim reports that an unknown subject cut the locks on the gate to the business entered the property and entered the work trucks, stealing various tools from the trucks. The case is currently under investigation by the responding officer.
04/27/2012- 60 North Territorial Rd- Shell Gas Station- Retail Fraud- The clerk reports a subject entered the store and stole several items. The thief was identified and the store did not wish to prosecute - only have the subject trespassed from the business.
04/30/2012- 5000 Block of Eric Ct- Larceny- The victim reports that she had a gift card stolen from her home by a known subject. The suspect was identified and the case has been submitted to the Washtenaw County Prosecutor for review.
