Deputies are investigating a home invasion that occurred either on 5/22/12 or within the last three weeks. The home, which is listed as for sale, was unoccupied at the time of the incident. It is unknown how entry was gained as there were no signs of forced entry. Cash, diamond jewelry, safes and a handgun were stolen. A subject in the area noticed a red pick-up truck driven by a white male back into the driveway on this date and enter the house leaving a short time later. Unknown if this was the suspect or who it was. Investigation is ongoing.
