Lakeland Police Make Arrest in Theft of Swan Eggs 
Lakeland Police arrest Marcellino Rodriguez, 60 (B/M, DOB 4/6/52), of Lakeland with the theft of two swan eggs from a swan nest on the north side of Lake Wire.
According to witnesses, Rodriguez was in possession of two swan eggs approximately 1 week ago. When questioned by detectives, Rodriguez admitted that he took the swan eggs from the nest on the north side of Lake Wire and showed them the location he took the eggs from. Rodriguez is charged with Petit Theft (M1).
