Suspect description:
Suspect: Black male adult, late- 20’s to mid-30’, 6’00 tall, medium build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, black ski mask, black pants, armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.
On 05-17-12 at 8:45 PM, the above listed suspect entered the Jack in the Box restaurant armed with a black semi-automatic handgun. The suspect pointed the weapon at the employee working the front counter and advised the employee to open the cash register. The suspect jumped over the counter and took the money from the open register and fled out the rear door of the business. An area check for the suspect was conducted by the San Leandro Police Department but met with negative results.
