FORGED PRESCRIPTION ARREST. 
On Sunday, 06 May 2012 police arrested three people for obtaining prescription drugs fraudulently. Police were dispatched to Walgreen's Pharmacy which is located at 520 Convery Blvd, on a report of two suspicious males in a black in color vehicle, possibly selling drugs in the parking lot.
After an investigation police arrested Shannon Christie, age 22 of 67 Maple Avenue, Keansburg, NJ, Patrick Magnotta, age 23 of 234 Minnesink Blvd, Red Bank, NJ, and Timothy McGrath, age 25 of 851 Middletown Lincroft Road, Middletown, NJ.
Ms. Christie was charged with conspiracy and attempting to obtain prescription drugs. Bail was set at $2,500.00 no 10% option.
Mr. Magnotta was charged with Forgery, possession of prescription drugs, forged prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.00 no 10% option.
Mr. McGrath was charged with forged prescription and attempting to obtain prescription drugs with a forge prescription. Bail was set at $2,500.00 no 10% option.
All bails were set by the Honorable Judge George Boyd. Investigating Police Officer was Luis Perez.
Police recovered a prescription for Roxicodone 30mg @ 90 count and 18 pills of Oxycodone 30mg.
