May 3rd, 2012- Robert Michael Farber was arrested after an investigation by TCCP1 Constable Woody Wallace and Deputy Constable Rusty Barrett. Wallace received a tip on May 2nd, 2012 that Farber was stealing copper and other metals from a residence in the White Rock Estates subdivision on FM 356. After a brief investigation by Wallace and Barrett an arrest warrant was issued by Judge Bernie Beard and Farber was taken into custody. Farber gave a complete confession and has been charged with Theft of Metals with Two prior convictions, a State Jail Felony. The case has been forwarded to the Trinity County District Attorney’s office for prosecution.
