Deputies from Ypsilanti Twp are investigating a home invasion that occurred in the 1000 block of Ellis Rd. The break-in was reported on 5/3/2012; investigators believe the incident occurred during early daylight hours. Entry to the home was gained by forcing open the front door. Multiple items were stolen from inside of the home. No suspect information was available at the time of this report. The case remains under investigation by area deputies.
