On 4/27/12, the City issued a proposed SEPA decision on the Kimberly Clark Demolition. The deadline for public comments is 5/14/12.

On April 27, 2012, the City issued a proposed SEPA determination to demolish the Kimberly Clark Pulp and Paper Mill facilities upland from the shoreline, not including any structures or utilities located more than two feet below existing grade. Written comments on the application and the proposed DNS must be received by May 14, 2012 at the Planning Department, 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8A, Everett, WA 98201.
