As always, please remember to lock all doors, windows and sliders, light your property, set alarms, check overhead garage doors and do not leave them open even during the day if you are not working in the garage. Remove your garage door opener from your vehicle if you park in the driveway or street. Make certain the side garage door is locked as well as the door that leads into your home. Have a trusted neighbor to watch your home while on vacation or utilize our Sheriff’s Retired Seniors Volunteer Patrol to check the exterior of your home each day. You may call (949) 361-8269 to schedule a vacant home check.
Be wary of solicitors and do not open your door. Call through the door and say you are not interested. You may call the non-emergency to report solicitors (949) 770-6011.
Thank you and stay safe!
