On Friday, 20 April 2012 at 5:00pm members of Special Investigative Bureau executed a Superior Court Search Warrant at 220 Fayette Street, apt #1. Arrested was Aaron Wesley Joseph, age 22 who was charged with Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public building (Post Office), Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams and Possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Seized from the residence were (24) baggies of Marijuana, packaged for sale with a street value of $480.00.

While searching the residence, an individual identified as Jerry X. Jimenez, age 25 entered the residence. He was in possession of 56 grams of Marijuana which has a street value of $700.00.

Jimenez was charged with Aggravated Assault on Police, Possession of Marijuana over 50 grams, Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, and Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public building (Post Office). Also seized from Mr. Jimenez was $658.00 in cash.

Bail was set by the Honorable Judge George Boyd at $50,000.00, no 10% option for Joseph and $75,000.00 cash only bail for Jimenez with the requirement of a bail source hearing.
