Rt. 54 is still partially closed in front of the Ashland Town Center shopping plaza. Westbound traffic is flowing fine, but eastbound is still being detoured. VA Power has given us an estimated time of restoration of power of nearly 6:00pm tonight. the driver involved in the crash that stuck the utility pole did not suffer serious injuries and has been charged in the accident.
