Midland Police Department has received a call from the mother, regarding the missing child, at 11:00am.
Both the mother, Tonya Ayers (DOB 9/20/92) and boyfriend, Jesuam Hernandez (12/18/91) were taken in.
Both have been charged with Child Endangerment.
