The Harper Woods School District is teaming up with "The Wise Decision," a boot camp and body sculpting program designed to improve overall health, building confidence and to unite the community through a unique fitness challenge. The camp addresses all areas of health & fintess, including fat/weight loss, cardio and muscular endurance and proper nutrition. The class is held at the Harper Woods High School located at 20225 Beaconfield on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:30 am to 7:30 am and on Fridays from 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm.
