**Bergenfield Police Traffic Bureau road construction update as of Thursday, April 19 4 p.m.:
A road construction project has begun in the Borough of Bergenfield. The work is currently ongoing on E. Clinton Avenue between Summit Avenue and View Street. Detours are posted. The construction is scheduled between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The roadways will be reopened after work is completed each day. Work is scheduled to progress throughout the borough as additional areas begin construction. Check back for additional updates, which will be posted as information becomes available.
