April 9th, 2012- Robert Dalton Boyd II, 27, of Trinity was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The investigation began when a man contacted Constable Woody Wallace in reference to being stabbed on March 31st, 2012. The stabbing occurred during a fight in the KC’s parking lot, and the victim was trying to break up a fight between two other men. The victim filed a complaint with the Trinity County Sheriff’s Department on March 31st, 2012 and then the victim contacted Constable Wallace on April 7th, 2012 and requested that TCCP1 investigate the incident. April 10th, 2012- 49 year old Deborah Anders of Trinity, was arrested by Deputy Constable Mark Cole and charged with possession of marijuana. Anders was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be in possession of marijuana. (Photo 2)
April 15th, 2012 - 23 year old James Wells (Photo 4) and 45 year old Jesse Mann (Photo 3) both of Trinity were arrested and charged with Theft, class B Misdemeanor. TCCP1 received a call from the owner of Grace’s One Stop on FM 356 filed a complaint the both men were employees and were on the store’s video camera taking items without paying for them. Both men were booked into the Trinity Jail. Deputy Constable Mark Cole was the investigating officer.
