BURGLARY/THEFT ARREST
One individual has been arrested and charged with a theft related offense.
“Brandon James Hyfield, 25, of Gadsden, was booked into the Detention Center on Monday, April 16th and is charged with one count of third degree burglary, which is a felony and one count of third degree theft of property, which is a misdemeanor,” says Investigator Fred Lasseter.
Hyfield allegedly broke into a residence on Old Fords Valley Road and stole a laptop computer. The computer has not been recovered.
Hyfield was released from the Etowah County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
