On 04-13-2012, in a joint operation between the West Monroe Police Department and the Routt County Sheriff’s Office located in Steamboat Springs Colorado executed an arrest warrant at a family members home of the suspect Johns H. Brothers Jr.
Brothers was wanted out of Colorado to face the charges of Burglary and Sexual Assault of a Child. He was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the West Monroe Correctional Center where he was booked for Burglary and Sexual Assault.
He was later transferred to the Ouachita Parrish Correctional Center where he currently awaits extradition back to Colorado.
