Arrest Made In Burglary To Vehicle On Jefferson Street.

Burglary to vehicle Arrest:
On Friday, 06 April 2012 at 1:12pm police arrested Marva Regina Mathis, age 53, who resides at 377 Smith Street for Burglary to a vehicle. Police were dispatched to the area of 185 Jefferson Street on a report of two suspicious people in the parking lot looking into a blue Chevy. After a police investigation Mathis was arrested by Officer Joseph Holland for the burglary of the vehicle, she surrendered to police the GPS unit that was inside the vehicle.
Mathis was charged with burglary and receiving stolen property. Bail was set at $30,000.00 with no 10% option by the Honorable Judge George M. Boyd.
