EPD has found a recent photograph of Cepeda. If anyone recognizes him and can provide information where he may be, contact EPD immediately by calling 760.839.4722. If anyone sees him, do not approach him. Call 911 immediately.
The photograph with the dark collar is the most current picture of Cepeda. The photograph where he is wearing white has already been published from yesterday.
