UPDATE: 04/09/2012 @ 1500

On 04/07 at approximately 1400hrs. both Ana M. Pena and Fernando Garza were located by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Department ion the 2400 block of Old Natchitoches St.

Ana Pena was transported to the Ouachita Parrish Correctional Center and Fernando was safely reunited with his family.

Thank you to all of those who assisted with the apprehension of Ana Pena and the safe return of Fernando Garza

The described female, Ana M. Pena left her home located in Morehead Minnesota approximately one month ago with her biological son, Fernando Garza Jr. By order of the Court, Ana no longer has parental rights to her son, Fernando. She has apparently kidnapped him and is currently attempting to evade local authorities.

Ana was last seen in the West Monroe, Louisiana area on approximately 04/02/2012.
