Southern California Edison will be conducting a planned power outage impacting the immediate vicinity of Colorado Boulevard and Colorado Place ("Upper Y") on Friday, April 6, 2012. The outage is scheduled to be conducted between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The traffic signal at the intersection will be inoperative during the outage and stop signs will be placed.
