• City of Arlington encountered a band of severe storms this afternoon. At this point, there have been no major injuries reported.
• However it is still early and Fire and Police personnel are conducting primary searches of the damaged areas looking for any injured or trapped individuals.
• Fire and Police Units are assessing damages to buildings, homes and vehicles mainly in the southern part of the city.
• There have been reports of ruptured gas lines. The gas companies have been contacted and are working to resolve those issues.
