Suspect Identified in Chula Vista Shooting

On 3/28/12 at approximately 0500 hours, Chula Vista Police Officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 1900 block of Padding River Road, Chula Vista. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 23 year old male and a 24 year old female adult with single gunshot wounds. The female was shot in the wrist and the male was shot in the face. The injuries are not considered life threatening. The suspect is known to both and is identified as Terrell Anthony Spain, 29 years old and a resident of San Diego.

Spain should be considered armed and dangerous. The Chula Vista Police Department Family Protection Unit is actively investigating this case. Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Spain should contact the Chula Vista Police Department at (619) 691-5151.
