On August 13, 1995 Border Patrol Agents found the body of a man at Santa Margarita Creek in Fallbrook. 16 years later in 2010, the body was identified through DNA as 22-year-old Frank Bresson. He was reported missing from Riverside County around the same time the body was found in Fallbrook.
