Missing Person: James Randall McCain, male White, 58-years-old, 6'0 tall, 175 lbs, brown hair, wearing a light blue polo shirt and jeans. Last seen on March 12, 2012, at 4:00 PM, at his residence located in the 1100 block W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia.
Mr. McCain was recently diagnosed with dementia. His medical condition has deteriorated recently and he is also described as looking jaundiced. Mr. McCain does not drive and does not have family in the local area.
If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate James Randall McCain, please call 911 or contact the police. Local hospitals have been alerted.
