Missing Alzheimers Patient 
Ofelia Zapata walked away from a medical clinic in the 900 block of South Fair Oaks today around 2:30 PM. Zapata speaks only Spanish and suffers from Alzheimers. She lives in Los Angeles but she would not be able to find her way home. She was wearing a red and green checked sweater and grey pants.
