Operation Take back will occur on 4/28/2012 between the hours of 10 am- 2 pm at the White Lake Police Department.

White Lake Police along with DEA and other local law enforcement agencies will coordinate a national one-day effort to remove potentially dangerous controlled substances from our nation’s homes. This national take-back initiative will provide a unified opportunity for the public to surrender pharmaceutical controlled substances and other medications to law enforcement officers for destruction.

On April 28th 2012, between 10am and 2pm residents can surrender expired, unwanted, or unused medications at the White Lake Police Department.
Participants may dispose of medications in its original container or by removing the medication from its container and disposing of it directly into the disposal box. If an original container is submitted, the individual should remove any indentifying information from the container.

Only medications in pill form will be accepted.
