Prescription Drug Take Back Day this Saturday March 10,2012 10:00 a to 2:00 p @ Ro-Ro Expo Hononegah High School Roscoe Police Booth

The Roscoe Police Department will be conducting a Prescription Drug Take Back Day at the Ro-Ro Expo located at the Hononegah High School on Saturday March 10,2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm. Please look for the Roscoe Police Department booth for the drop off box.

Any expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs will be collected by the Roscoe Police Department and disposed of.

• Controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter substances may be collected.
• This program is anonymous, no requests for identification will be made.
• Participants may dispose of medications in their original container or by removing the medication from its original container and dropping it directly into the disposal box. Individuals are encouraged to remove their personal information from their prescription bottle.
• No liquid products will be accepted, nor any intra-venous solutions, injectibles or syringes.
• Illegal drugs such as marijuana or methamphetamines are not part of this initiative and will not be placed in collection containers.
