An Ocean View officer stopped a Ford Expedition for speeding on Beaver Dam Road in Ocean View. The operator of the Expedition, Charles Davis, 22, of Ocean View, admitted to the officer that he had been drinking. A subsequent investigation revealed that Davis had a Blood Alcohol Content of .155%. The legal limit in Delaware is .08%. Police charged Davis with DUI and Speeding, and released him into the custody of a friend. Davis was schedule to appear for arraignment in the Justice of The Peace Court 14 on March 23, 2012.
